Traditionally, our harvest season begins with our Grüner Veltliner Steinfeder. The grapes are harvested at
low sugar levels to produce an elegant, fresh wine with 11% alcohol.
Through cool fermentation, it retains its lively freshness and delicate fruity apple aromas. As
the first wine of the vintage, it is bottled as early as January and delights with its lightness
and youthful vibrancy.
