Grüner Veltliner

My World wines are spontaneously fermented in 300 and 500-liter oak barrels and aged for 1.5 years in the cask.
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine yellow apple underlaid with some meadow herbs, a hint of tropical fruit, ripe mango, and blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, balanced acid structure, tightly woven and complex, great texture, white stone fruit on the finish, extract-sweet in the aftertaste, mineral-salty on the palate, excellent food companion, good potential.
