Weissburgunder Bio

My ‘Meine Welt’ wines are spontaneously fermented in 300-liter and 500-liter oak barrels and aged in the cask for 1.5 years.
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine, ripe pear fruit, some honeydew melon, delicate touch of dried fruit, a hint of quince in the background. Powerful, juicy, yet taut and energetic, fine arc of acidity, subtle kiss of oak, shows very good length, already drinkable, a substantial, multi-faceted food companion.
