Riesling BIO

My World Wines are spontaneously fermented in 300 and 500-liter oak barrels and aged in the barrel for 1.5 years.
Light greenish-yellow with silver reflections. Ripe tropical fruit nose underlaid with fresh lime zest, a hint of saffron and vanilla, attractive bouquet, underpinned by white peach. Juicy, elegant, with subtle fruit sweetness, pleasant acidity curve, mineral and well-adhering, fruity-mineral finish, distinctive, already accessible Riesling style with definite development potential.
