Our light entry into the world of Riesling. The grapes come from various vineyards in the Wachau and produce a regional wine with a fine interplay of acidity and fruit. Elegant, fresh and perfect for summer. The Federspiel is fermented cool in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in March – a harmonious Riesling with finesse and drinking pleasure.
